From Across the Atlantic:
Karen, Thank you for the kind words. I hope that this email finds you well...
Things are great in Barcelona and I'm happy to report that I'm feeling stronger then ever. Still biting my nails on occasion, but overall .... have learned to live without the weight of the world pushing down on me. Beyond that... it's harder to make me fall...but when I do... I have the urge to get up quickly and fight another day. It's a great feeling.
So... I want to thank you for all of your help... when I was coming to visit you it was a really hard time in my life... and I like to think that everyone who pushed and supported me then are responsible for helping me get to this happy place. So, for that... HUGE THANK YOU.

A Comment from a Preschool on Halloween:
“Just had to tell you I have been up to my eyeballs today in Butterflies, Batmen, Frogs and Kangaroos. The kids were so jazzed about Halloween, that by 11:00 we badly needed a break. I put the Relaxation DVD on, and had them come sit with me while we "waited" for our muffins to bake. Fifteen minutes later, all six of them were asleep - seven, if you count me.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

Lost 25 pounds with Hypnotherapy
I was 50 pounds overweight with high cholesterol and hyper with high blood pressure. I had to calm down, lose weight and keep it off. I knew about dieting and exercise, and I knew I could lose weight - but you know how diets work. After you are on them for awhile, you start cheating and find excuses not to exercise. Pretty soon you figure out that you are not following your diet, lose interest in exercising, and you put back the weight that you lost.
That's where Karen helped me by keeping me focused and helping me have the confidence to succeed. In 6 months, I lost 25 pounds and my cholesterol went from 241 to 186. To help me with my high blood pressure, Karen taught me to relax and be CALM.

From a College Student:
As Karen’s client, I have always appreciated the time spent in her office. I never would have thought it would be possible to be hypnotized in any other way. But as a college student attending a university several hours away from her, I realized I needed to find another alternative.
Fortunately, Karen’s DVD went on sale, and although I was skeptical at first- how could a DVD hypnotize me?- I am very happy I gave it a try.
The video has beautiful imagery and soothing music that combined with Karen’s voice make for a very relaxing and successful hypnotism. Just as in her private sessions, it takes you into the deepest form of hypnotization and brings you right back up, leaving you with a relaxed and refreshed new outlook on your day.
I have watched it quite a few times already, before my classes and work, and after my yoga sessions. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product.
Although nothing is better than a one-on-one personal session with Karen, if you want something you can use any time you are home that will get the job done well, get this DVD. You will not regret it!
